The DELL Latitude 12 E7270 i7 6600U is a light, sturdy 12.5 inch Ultrabook, boasting the latest Broadwell Processor technology and a host of office-friendly features. The DELL Latitude 12 E7270 is a highly mobile Ultrabook, which balances the advantages of a slim design and the high demands of professional business customers, while also managing to meet the MIL-STD-810G quality military standard, all this while weighing only 1.26KG!
A smart aluminium anodised case enhances the overall feeling of quality found in all the 7000 series Ultrabook’s making it a highly popular choice for an ever mobile business consumer. Dell have made very subtle improvements over the previous model, including a new soft touch top cover (lid), the latest Broadwell processor which claims to be 30% more efficient. Whilst this doesn’t make it any faster, it is expected to improve battery life, which, is clearly a key element of what is after all, a laptop built around portability. There is also a new graphics processor, the Intel HD520, bench marked at around 5-15% faster than the outgoing version.
We really like the Latitude 12 E7270 and feel it is only really enhanced by an increase in memory or perhaps greater storage capacity from a larger solid state drive.
