How quickly will I get my item?

All items ordered before 3.00 pm will be shipped the same day, otherwise next day if ordered after 3.00 pm Monday
to Friday. Items are sent by Interlink which is normally a next day service. You can request an earlier delivery slot such as pre 12, or a pre 10 am delivery but this will cost more. DPD provides a timed delivery slot so you can expect to get an email, or text message giving you a two-hour window of delivery. Please note, upgraded items may take longer to despatch depending upon the workload of our technicians, if you are unsure, or in a hurry, please do check with us.

How long is your warranty?

All products carry a full 12-month warranty for complete peace of mind. Some products (ex.: new laptops) may carry a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. It is safe to assume the 12-month seller warranty unless otherwise specified.

How do I return an item if I have bought the wrong one?

Hopefully, this won’t happen as we will give you full pre-sales support to make sure you have the right product, however, should you purchase the wrong product please contact us for a returns form and we will process your return quickly and efficiently. We will also help you to find the right product.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, we do, but we would require payment prior to shipping goods.


Do you work with the Trade?

Again yes, we deal with a lot of IT companies and are very happy to provide written quotations for volume orders and or drop ship to your clients, please contact us for more information, we are more than happy to assist you in any way we can.


Is the item Genuine?

Yes, we only work with original manufacturer equipment and guarantee this is the genuine article. Astringo, do not sell replacement, copies or unbranded items. These are often illegal and dangerous and we strongly advise you don’t purchase non-original equipment. They can cause damage to your machine.
